1.It Started With a Simple Wish for Peace of Mind

A few years ago, while my mother, Shalini Mandilwar, and I (Ananya Shashwat) were setting up our home in Noida, we faced the chaos every homeowner dreads: missed deadlines, endless site visits, unreliable vendors, and constant confusion—even though we had a professional designer. We realized the Indian consumer didn’t just need another interior “package”—they needed a process they could actually trust, see, and control.

2.A Vision Shaped by Global Ideas

During my three campus MBA Global Business stint split between India and abroad,—I saw centres where design, production, and management all happened under one roof. Everything was visible. There was no backroom mystery. Customers could see their furniture being designed, cut, finished, and packed—all by precise, modern machinery. No middlemen, no guessing. That was the aha moment:

India doesn’t need another catalogue brand; it needs an integrated centre where people can see their kitchen being born

3.Bringing the Family Together

My mother, Shalini, with her entrepreneurial spirit, sharp sense of practical design, and exceptional communication, helped shape not just our product, but our entire culture—built on empathy and professionalism. Later, my father, Parimal Kumar, joined as a pillar of lifelong experience and guidance, bringing global perspectives, structured thinking, and hands-on support. Together, we set out to reimagine how homes in India are crafted.

4.The Integrated Centre: True Modular, All Under One Roof

In June 2023, we opened the doors to our dream: a nearly 9,000 sq ft integrated centre in Noida—not just a showroom or factory, but a space where

  • the design office,

  • a hands-on experience centre, and

  • a state-of-the-art production line all work seamlessly together.

Our production floor features world-class machines—panel saws, edge banders, triple-head multi-boring machines, cold press units and more—all sourced from leading Taiwanese manufacturers, sold and serviced by a reputed Indian partner for ongoing reliability. We’re committed to the true modular concept: every piece is crafted by machine, every cut and hole precise, every process open for the client to see.

5.Our Promise: Transparency, Trust & Family Care

At Haus of Homez, there are no hidden workshops or closed doors. Clients watch their dream take shape—from design and machine-cutting, to final assembly and handover. Every project is treated like our own home, with a team that believes in honesty, machine-made quality, and complete transparency.

This approach has won the trust of families across NCR and beyond, as our clients pass on our story—often saying, “Their team worked on our home as if it were their own” Most of our work now comes through referrals and referrals that come three layers deep, not advertising.

6.A Vision for the Future

What began as a solution for our own home is now a mission to transform how India experiences interiors. Haus of Homez stands for trust, transparency, and true modular quality—delivered under one roof, by people who care.

Kitchen by Kitchen, home by home, we’re building a new standard—one families can finally trust.
